Yes. For dental offices, Lab Portal is included with your DentuluPro subscription. For labs, signing up and being listed in the directory is completely free no monthly fees, no transaction fees, and no hidden costs.

Absolutely. You can invite your existing labs to join the portal so you can submit cases digitally and track orders. You're not limited to labs already in the directory any lab can sign up for free.

From your DentuluPro dashboard, select "New Lab Case", choose your lab, fill out the digital Rx form, attach photos or scans, and submit. The lab receives it instantly.

Signing up takes about 5 minutes. Create your lab profile, add your specialties and capabilities, upload photos of your work, and you'll be visible in the directory. We'll verify your information before your listing goes live.

Yes. Each case has a message thread where labs and offices can communicate directly. Questions, clarifications, and updates are all logged and attached to the case record.

Not currently. The Lab Portal focuses on case submission, communication, and tracking. Billing remains between you and your lab through your existing arrangement.

Yes. All data is encrypted and the platform is HIPAA compliant. This is far more secure than texting photos from personal phones or emailing patient information.
